You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content for personal study purposes only.

2. Strict Prohibition on Copying & Distribution

WARNING: The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation of international copyright laws:
  • Recording, downloading, or screen-capturing video lectures using any software or device.
  • Taking screenshots or photographs of the Question Bank (Recalls) or Mock Exams.
  • Sharing your login credentials with others (Account Sharing).
  • Reproducing, redistributing, or selling any part of the course material on social media, Telegram, WhatsApp, or other platforms.

3. Security & Traceability

To ensure the security of our intellectual property, MRCP Back Benchers utilizes Forensic Watermarking Technology.

Your Email Address and User ID are dynamically embedded into the video player and question bank interface. This allows us to trace any leaked screenshots or video recordings directly back to the source account.

If your unique watermark is found on any shared material:

  • Your account will be immediately and permanently banned without warning.
  • No refund will be issued.
  • Legal action will be initiated against you for damages and copyright infringement.

4. User Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
