All prices are clearly displayed on the relevant course pages. No physical goods are shipped.

All content — video lectures, question banks (recalls), mock exams, the Clinical Theory Book, and the platform software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Medicoz Backbenchers. We utilize dynamic forensic watermarking technology. Your email address and User ID are embedded into our players and exam platforms. If leaked data is traced back to your account, access will be terminated instantly without refund, and legal steps will be pursued under local and international intellectual property statutes.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@mrcpbb.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to decline or not process an order placed on our website. This is usually because: the course, batch or service ordered is no longer available; enrollment capacity is full; payment cannot be verified; or for any reason outside our control. Any amount already paid for a declined order will be refunded in full.
