1. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 1-week (7-day) refund period from the date of your enrollment payment. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a refund within this window.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To ensure fair use, refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• The request must be made via email to contact@mrcpbb.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• You must not have consumed more than 20% of the video content or QBank material.
• You must not have downloaded or attempted to copy any materials (violating our Terms).

3. Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be reversed to your original payment method (Bank Transfer or Payoneer) within 7-14 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

After the 7-day period has passed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Individual Grand Mock purchases (if bought separately from the course) are non-refundable once the exam window has opened.
