We Don't Just Teach Medicine.

We Teach You How To Win.

The Origin Story

Why "Back Benchers"?

The name often raises eyebrows. Is it for lazy students? Absolutely not.

In every medical classroom, there are two types of students. The "Front Benchers" who furiously write down every word the professor says, memorize every footnote, and burn out before the exam. And then, there are the "Back Benchers".

The Back Bencher observes. They analyze. They realize that 80% of the exam comes from 20% of the syllabus. They don't study harder; they study smarter. They focus on the high-yield concepts, the repeated patterns, and the examiner's psychology.

MRCP Back Benchers was founded by Dr. Ayaan to bring this strategy to the postgraduate level. We believe that passing the MRCP is not about how many books you read, but about how well you understand the game.

Dr. Ayaan's Vision

With years of clinical experience and a passion for teaching, Dr. Ayaan recognized a gap in the market. Existing courses were either too expensive or too overwhelming. They dumped thousands of hours of video content on students who were already working 80-hour weeks.

Dr. Ayaan spent years decoding the Royal College exams. He categorized every question from the past decade, identified the recurring themes, and built a curriculum that cuts the fat.

"My goal is not to make you a professor of medicine; my goal is to get you those post-nominal letters 'MRCP' after your name in the shortest time possible."
