MRCP Part 2 exam dates and application windows in 2027
Application windows open and close at 08:00 UK local time. Record both the opening date and the deadline in your calendar.

Exam fees and local arrangements
The listed fee is £520 for UK centres and £696 for international centres. Hong Kong uses a different application process and fee. Check your centre’s current arrangements with the Federation. These are official exam fees; preparation-course fees are separate.
Plan around the application deadline
The February 2027 diet has an application window in December 2026. You must already have confirmation of your Part 1 pass before applying; consider the results date as well as the examination date when planning progression.

- Review centre-specific arrangements and any reasonable-adjustment deadlines on the official page.
- Keep your exam booking confirmation separate from your course enrolment records.
Build a preparation timetable for your diet
Plan time for topic learning, theory review and question practice, followed by mixed questions, revision and mocks. Match the workload to your rota and starting knowledge; the application deadline is not a suggested date to begin studying.
