At MRCP Back Benchers we are committed to providing high-quality medical education. Because our services are digital and delivered instantly, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.
1. Order Cancellation (Before Access Activation)
- You may cancel an order at any time before your portal access is activated for a full refund — no questions asked.
- To cancel, email contact@mrcpbb.com or message +92 325 5803920 with your name and invoice reference. Cancellation requests are confirmed within 24 hours.
- Because delivery of digital access is typically instant upon enrollment, orders generally cannot be "cancelled before delivery" once access has been activated — such requests are handled under the refund terms below.
2. Cancellation of Installment Plans
If you are enrolled on an installment plan and wish to discontinue, notify us before your next installment due date. Future installments will be cancelled and portal access will end at that point; installments already paid are governed by Section 3 below.
3. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your payment transaction. If you decide our platform is not a fit for your needs, submit a refund request within this window.
Refund requests are subject to the following fair-use conditions:
- The request must be emailed to contact@mrcpbb.com within 7 calendar days of purchase;
- You must not have consumed more than 20% of the video lectures or QBank materials;
- The requesting account must not have breached our Terms and Conditions (content piracy or account sharing voids refund eligibility).
4. Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is verified and approved, a reversal transaction is initiated to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank's or payment gateway's processing cycles. We confirm the reversal by email when it is initiated.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Individual Mock packages purchased separately outside full-course bundles, once the test access window has been initiated;
- Any enrollment terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions (Security & Traceability clause).
6. Exchanges / Batch Transfers
As a service alternative to a refund, you may request a one-time transfer to a later batch or a different course of equal value within the first 30 days of enrollment, subject to seat availability and admin approval.
