1. The 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 1-week (7-day) refund period from the date of your payment transaction. If you decide that our platform is not a fit for your needs, you can submit a refund request within this window.

2. Eligibility Conditions

Refund requests are subject to the following fair-use rules:

• The request must be emailed to our support team at contact@mrcpbb.com within 7 calendar days of purchase.
• You must not have consumed more than 20% of the video lectures or QBank materials.
• The requesting account must not have breached our Terms and Conditions.

3. Processing Time

Once your refund request is verified and approved, a reversal transaction will be initiated. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Individual Mock packages bought separately outside the full-course bundles are non-refundable once the test access window is initiated.
